My Approved Legal Services

I am pleased to share that my legal services have been formally approved by the Law Society of British Columbia through its Innovation Sandbox initiative. This program allows for the exploration of new legal service delivery models, with the goal of expanding access to justice—particularly in areas where traditional rules under the Legal Profession Act, the Law Society Rules, or the Code of Professional Conduct might otherwise restrict such services.

Landlord and Tenant Matters

  • assisting clients in understanding the rules and process;

  • procedural assistance by helping clients navigate the court and

    tribunal system;

  • reviewing legal work done by clients and providing feedback;

  • assisting clients in making decisions on procedure and strategy;

  • conducting legal research, directing clients to online resources, and

    helping clients understand the rules applicable to their matter;

  • referral assistance, where appropriate;

Employment Law

  • providing legal advice ( excluding highly complex legal matters,

    which will be referred to a lawyer);

  • reviewing legal work done by clients and providing feedback;

  • drafting legal documents and contracts;

  • conducting legal research, directing clients to online resources, and

    helping clients understand the rules applicable to their matter;

Probate Administration

  • providing legal advice ( excluding highly complex legal matters,

    which will be referred to a lawyer);

  • assisting clients in understanding the rules and process;

  • procedural assistance by helping clients navigate the court and

    tribunal system;

  • reviewing legal work done by clients and providing feedback;

  • drafting legal documents and forms (including preparation of

    Supreme Court Probate Registry forms to probate and distribute an

    estate);

  • conducting legal research, directing clients to online resources, and

    helping clients understand the rules applicable to their matter;

  • providing clients with information regarding executor and

    administrator duties;

  • referral assistance, where appropriate;

These services are provided within the scope of the Innovation Sandbox approval, ensuring compliance with the oversight and ethical standards set by the Law Society of British Columbia.
